• Key Lime (Seasonal) – Vanilla lime flavored cake with a zesty key lime butter cream, graham cracker crumbs and a white chocolate chip

• German Chocolate – Moist rich chocolate cake  topped with a coconut pecan cajeta frosting
• Chocolate Hazelnut – Vanilla or chocolate cake filled with chocolate hazelnut spread, topped with a chocolate hazelnut frosting and candied hazelnut.
• Strawberry Shortcake – Vanilla cake with a strawberry filling topped with a strawberry buttercream or whipped cream frosting.  A taste to rival any good old-fashioned strawberry shortcake.
• Hummingbird – Spiced cake with crushed pineapple, bananas and walnuts topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting. A southern favorite in the north!
• Carrot – Our moist carrot cake is like no other-made with fresh grated carrots, crushed pineapple, golden raisins, shredded coconut, walnuts and tropical spices and topped with our vanilla cream cheese frosting. Customer favorite
• Coconut – Coconut and vanilla cake topped with cream chesse frosting and sprinkled with sweet shredded coconut. Our #1 selling cake!

•  Mango (available spring/summer) –The first star in our tropical line features our vanilla cake topped with a mango buttercream and to top it all drizzled with a rum mango sauce. Dare to try it! Yummo!
• Guava Port (available spring/summer) – Our buttery vanilla cake is infused with port wine and filled with a guava port puree.  Topped with guava/vanilla buttercream and drizzled with a guava port sauce.
• Ginger Chai(available fall/winter) – Chai spiced cake with chai spiced buttercream topped with cinnamon sugar
• Egg Nog(available fall/winter) – Madagascar bourbon vanilla cake, infused with egg nog, cinnamon and nutmeg, with egg nog butter cream topped with grated nutmeg.
• Maple Pecan(available fall/winter) – Cinnamon and madagascar bourbon vanilla flavored cake with maple buttercream topped with candied pecans.
• Apple Cider(available fall/winter) – Apple cider infused spiced cake with spiced apple butter buttercream.
• Pumpkin Butter(available fall/winter) – Pumpkin butter spiced cake with pumpkin butter cream cheese frosting.
